My name is Kevin Donoghue, my company, Consulting solutions has been hired to perform an Environmental and Engineering Assessment on a property in Santa Clara. The name of the property is Riley Square located at 3707 Poinciana Drive, Santa Clara, CA 95051. In accordance with lender requirements, we are required to contact local agencies to try and get some information about the property:
